What – Tournament Sparring
This event will help prepare you for the upcoming Federation Tournament. We will be covering “Picking up the Blitz”, and many other useful point sparring strategies. This will be a great class which is open to any adult BBC student, whether you plan to compete at this year’s tournament or just want to come improve your sparring skills.
