A Letter from a Parent

Dear Mr. Taylor, Mr. Herzer and Mr. Holt:
We wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you have done for Katy Lynn. As you well know, the advancement towards her Ik Kyu has not been a fast process. I suppose there may have been some parents who would have been anxious to see quicker results, but we trusted your better judgment. We are pleased and thankful that you didn’t advance her until you felt she was ready. That was exactly the right thing to do. Now, Katy knows the great joy of what it is to work hard and experience the satisfaction of a job well done.
