This is a class to come to if you have ever been
curious about Niseido Ju Jitsu. Everybody that comes to these classes gets a
lot out of them and enjoys working with others. We will cover some of our
basics as well as many grappling techniques. We will cover defending against
pushes, punches, grips on garments and wrist escapes. We look forward to having
you there.
