What –Kihon Katas

*This adult BBC class will cover Kihon Katas 1-5 (time permitting). We will cover drills to improve proper foot movements and placement, as well as some of the concepts within the Kihon Katas. Many of our adult BBC events are getting a lot of participation and you don’t want to miss out on all the fun and learning!
