As an orange belt, please be
aware that one of the requirements to be able to test for your blue belt is
that you have to be sparring in class. Thus, you need safety gear. Minimum
sparring equipment consists of head, hand and foot gear along with a
mouthpiece. Shin guards are also highly recommended. One of the benefits of
joining the Black Belt Club is that you receive all of this safety equipment
along with much, much more in your Black Belt Club package. If you have received
an invitation to join the Black Belt Club, but you have not made an appointment
to discuss joining with Mr. Taylor yet, please simply contact the school
office. It is at least worth talking about. We look forward to hearing from
