What – Basic Escrima Stick Class
This class will go over
different drills and defenses with Escrima Sticks. You will need a set of
Escrima Sticks to participate in this class. They can be purchased through the
Karate school office for about $20 for the pair. Bamboo wood sticks are
preferred for safety and reliability. This will be a great class for beginners
and those who are already comfortable with Escrima Stick training.
