Ground Fighting/ Grappling is a great way to expand your experience in martial arts.  The Bushido School of Karate has had a very successful Ju Jitsu Program for over 15 years, and grappling, or ground fighting, is just one of the elements we touch base on as part of the curriculum.  Please come and enjoy this class either to enhance what you may already know or learn something new.
