What – Basic Escrima Stick Class
Must – Have a set of Escrima Sticks (Mandatory)
This class will cover basic drills and defenses using
Escrima Sticks. You will need a pair of Escrima Sticks to participate in this
class. Sticks may be purchased through the office. Bamboo sticks are preferred
for safety and reliability. This will be a great class for beginners as well as
students who are comfortable with Escrima Sticks.
