What – Escrima Stick Class
Instructor – Mr. Wommack
This class will go over different drills and defenses
with Escrima sticks. You must have a set of Escrima
sticks to participate in this class.
Sticks may be purchased through the office. Bamboo sticks are preferred for
safety and reliability. This will be a great class for beginners and for those
who are already comfortable with Escrima sticks
