Bushido students or their parents may make their monthly tuition payment early, pay in advance or pay off their account in full at www.efconlinepayments.com. You would need to know your account number in order to do this. You may get your account number from the Karate school office.
Attention Orange Belts
As an orange belt, please be aware that one of the
requirements to be able to test for your blue belt is that you have
to be sparring in class. Thus, you need safety gear. Minimum sparring
equipment consists of head, hand and foot gear along with a
mouthpiece. Shin guards are also highly recommended. One of the
benefits of joining the Black Belt Club is that you receive all of
this safety equipment along with much, much more in your Black Belt
Club package. If you have received an invitation to join the Black
Belt Club, but you have not made an appointment to discuss joining
with Mr. Taylor yet, please simply contact the school office. It is
at least worth talking about. We look forward to hearing from you.

Harrison Photography will be returning with
finished photos for you to view and purchase a package on Thursday,
September 15th
at our Business Campus Dr. location, and on Friday, September 16 and
Saturday, September 17th
at our Broad St. location. The photos will be available to view at
either location on these dates during normal business hours.

Wado Ryu Karate Do Grand Master Kazutaka Otsuka
Seminar!
Grand Master Kazutaka Otsuka will be conducting
seminars at our Broad St. location on Thurs. Sept. 22nd .
What a great chance to be able to study under the grandson of the
original Grandmaster of Wado-Ryu! Seminars will be held for kids,
adult under Black Belt and Black Belts.

Please take advantage of

original Grandmaster! Sensei Kazutaka Otsuka always does a fun, high
energy children’s class, and his adult classes are always
informative and highly motivating! We hope to see you training with
us on Thurs. Sept. 22nd!
*All regular classes will still meet at both locations, except the
7pm adult advanced class at the Broad St. location. In order to
accommodate Sensei Kazutaka’s schedule, any adult advanced student,
not planning to attend the seminar, needs to attend the 5pm class on
that Thurs., as Mr. Herzer will be training in Sensei Kazutaka’s
class from 7-9pm. However, we would highly encourage all students to
register and attend this once in a lifetime opportunity to train with
Grand Master Kazutaka Otsuka!
We Have a Winner!!
The winner of our Summer 2016 postcard contest, for
whoever traveled the furthest, is Eli Priestley. Eli traveled to
China. WOW! Eli has won a $25 credit to our Pro-Shop. We appreciate
everyone who participated in this fun event. We really enjoyed seeing
where everyone traveled this past summer.
Attention Cardio Kickboxing Students
There will be a new Cardio Kickboxing class time added
at our South Murfreesboro (Business Campus Dr. Location). We will be
adding a new Cardio Kickboxing time beginning Saturday, October 15th
at 9:00am. This class will be taught by our new Cardio Kickboxing
Instructor, Fidella Alvarado!
Cardio Kickboxing Students have unlimited attendance,
so if this class time is convenient for you, please work it into your
training schedule. Anyone interested in our Cardio Kickboxing
classes, please stop by the office and schedule an appointment for a
FREE trial class.
The class schedule at our North M’boro, Broad St.
location is Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sat mornings at 9am and Mon,
Tues and Thurs evenings at 7pm. Classes at our South M’boro
Business Campus Dr. location are Tues and Thurs mornings at 9am (and
Sat 9am beginning October 15th ) and Tues, Thurs
afternoons at 5pm. Please let us know if you are interested in
getting in better shape and improving your health.
